I successfully changed the back tire of my bicycle. It had a hole. I thought it would be harder to put everything back but I managed. I am sore from the exercise.
It cost me 18.90 Euros!

I received a bonus for Summer vacation from my job: 583 Euros (after tax).
Since I bought the studio, I was careful and I wanted to save enough to be able buy a car and a laptop when the time comes. I almost saved enough to buy both now and it is tempting to buy a nice new gadget: an Ultra High Definition flat screen (4K) or an IPhone or a Samsung or a kick ass Asus desktop.

On Thursday 12 June 2014, date of my last mental crisis, I unleashed my negative feelings towards the property developer of my building regarding few things that were imperfect:
1. The elevator: not working
2. The garage door: it can be opened manually
3. The front gate: it remains open without a proper rotatory mechanism.
4. The firewall doors: They make noise and when they close they are blocked.
I wrote emails to everyone and to all companies involved, I created a blog and a Facebook account. I threatened them to index my blog to Google, to post my blog and my Facebook account to every public forum and to bring down their names and their reputation. I also requested that each company involved will see their contract terminated at the next General Assembly of the owners of the building.
I received 2 phone calls, 1 email on Friday and 1 on Monday. They all tried to solve the problem without proposing anything (no date proposed). I intensified my threats by requesting the intervention of the Mayor on security issues and 2 public organisations.
On Monday at 12 pm, 5 people were waiting in front of the gate:
1. The project manager
2. An electrician
3. A cleaner
4. 2 technicians for the garage and the front gate.
They all fixed the problems and they tried to demonstrate they could not do more than that. The project manager had to stand and wait in front of the gate for the whole day.
I wrote an email saying I suspended all my actions until the full resolution of the list of problems. The property developer had to send an email and set a date for each of the problem I listed.
I am proud of myself. These problems can stay unresolved for a whole year and I managed to solve most of them in 4 days! They actually did not concern me much except for the front gate. Some squatters started to enter and it could give others ideas.

I had a reflection about kids. When I look at the fat kid on my floor and his parents…Geez … All I wanna say is what a waste of lives. They look sad, they look dumb and they look lost in this world.
I hope that my sister will have a nice, pretty and charming daughter. Some kids have this power: you would do anything to make them smile.

i Am cRuAl!

Today, I felt bad but I had to be clear. The stupid fat kid came and asked if he can borrow my Xbox 360. I told him that I am sorry but the Xbox 360 costs 600 euros when I bought it and I cannot let him borrow it. I hurt me to say it to the kid but he is really pushing the button too far and it should be clear.
I really do not want to have to deal with these people: I am very crual, I do not help stupid ugly people and I will never do it.
What I meant by “stupid” is that the kid has no education, the first time we met he entered my studio without even asking. He checked around, touched everything without permission. The kind of fat stupid characters you get to see in movies but here I got a live version!

rUn RuN RuN!

I can feel a mental crisis coming so to kill it in da egg, I ran today. I probably ran for an hour and half at a decent speed. I did not stop. I ran the length I usually did with my bike. Then I used my bike 4 times for the same length.
My whole body is sore. I am getting old but the training has taught me to control my breathing and the pain.
I am feeling good now. It is the only remedy that works on my brain: run run run!

cOnFirmAtion!

So I called Orange, the national internet provider and it did confirm that the internet lane to our building can only have a theoretical speed of 3 Mb therefore I am left with 4G as alternative. Now I need them to increase their antennas and national coverage so that I can use the 4G network.
I mean 3 Mbs is still decent but compared to 22 Mbs however it is still a nice difference. I do not think I will ever have fiber here. Everyone will try to expand the 4G network: cheaper , faster to expand.

hApPy sUrPrise!

So my sister stopped by for a family reunion. It was funny to see my little sister with her belly. I should admit it was a bit weird. I did enjoy the reunion even if my mother managed to annoy me.
I do not know why my mother kept on buying formal shirt and her first sentence was: “it only cost 10 Euros”. I had to tell her to throw them away for me. I just want her to stop being weird. It is so simple to ask people if they want or need something? If the answer is no .. then be happy for them.
Anyways, time flies. I secretly hope that my little niece will be as pretty as her mother. Alright, I will stop being an ass but I had to say what I have in mind. But who knows 🙂 it might be a nice mix.

mY rOcaDe!

I prefer my current location to the quiet and dead location I had before. Last year, I was surrounded by a bunch of retired white french people. The street was really quiet except for the brunette (da “bitch”) who brought in some actions. It was quite depressing, because all I saw, were people waiting to die quietly. It is very crual to write that but that was all that they were doing: fucking waiting to die!
Now I am on a continuous moving rocade. I see blacks, arabs and asians. They are poorer but younger and so lively! The world is moving so fast for them. I can see their struggle, I can see their way of life, a hard one but what a life! It is a perpetual action movie for me and I enjoy it, every piece of it. I do not want to be part of it but I like looking at it.
I am such a weirdo!

A funny family will be soon on my floor. It is made of an old white woman with an ugly dog (uglier than the owner!), an old black dude and a fat kid. They all look like the Adams family characters. The fat kid would like to borrow my Xbox 360. Funny Funky family …. to avoid.
