I hope that the Iphone 6 will drive the price of the Samsung Galaxy 5S down. The real twist regarding the Samsung Galaxy 5S is LTE Advanced capabilities meaning 4G+ compatibility :).
Now what’s the use of having 4G+ if you can only afford to pay for 6 Gibabytes worth download!!! It’s like renting a highway and use it for 5 min each month!

2 BaGs of sTuFF!

I gathered more stuffs to give away: an old coffee maker in perfect condition (Rowenta) and a designed wall clock. I spent 2 hours cleaning the coffee machine. I now have 2 bags full of useless stuff to give away. I will give them to the Roms couple if they stop by this Sunday. I will try to gather more stuffs at work. There are so many goodies to give away!
I will also try to buy these freebies on the net or in the shops that are 100% re-imbursed. I think I can get a nice amount of useless stuffs to give away if I really want to. Let’s put my weird brain at work.

beiNG hUmAn!

I do recognize the simple fact that I am privileged compared to most people in my building. I see their everyday struggle and I feel lucky being in my shoes. The only thing that I can help people in the building with is my knowledge regarding internet and computers. I seriously doubt that they have time playing with computers though. I could offer them tons of free movies but all my movies are in English. I could also show their kids how to download and play tons of games for free but I do not know if it would harm them more.
Indeed, their usage of the internet and computers is quite basic and limited.

That’s how I call some people in the building. The “caddies” use a golf-like caddy to go shopping. Yesterday, I even saw the “young-couple” dude pushing a shopping cart full of stuffs to the building. It reminds me of the Chinese students in Australia. They do the same thing to carry their purchase home.

There are few couples in the building that got my attention:
1. The “Tomboy” couple: I already mentioned about this strange giant dude and his skinny tomboy wife: Tomboy hair style and no breast! Sadly, their daughter looks very much like her mom.
2. The “young couple”: a tall pretty black girl and her BF. They are struggling with everyday life. The girl was the one who came and asked for a printer.
3. The “black/arab” couple: a SKINNY tall black dude and his pretty arab GF. He is the most remarquable one even though his GF is 100% times prettier. He looks like Ghandi on stilts (“échasses”). Why is she with him? Mystery of life!
4. The “white/asian” couple: the dude is half bold with a speech disorder (stuttering = “bégaiement”), his wife is a short rounded asian chick. Their daughter saved the day because she holds all the promises of a pretty girl.

I am thinking about getting a printer. I never thought about getting one since I have a very nice professional printer at work. They aren’t that expensive but the ink is quite pricey!
A girl who lives with her BF stopped by to ask for help the other day with printing. This young couple belongs to the class 3 category, the ones who struggle.

Most people around my building try to get a free parking lot instead of paying for it. It makes a parking spot quite precious around the building. I can almost classify the financial situation of my neighbors according to their parking situation:
1. People with a car and a parking lot (the richest)
2. People with a car but without a parking lot (the middle class)
3. People without a car and a parking lot (the poorest, the ones who struggle)

It’s cleaning time at my office therefore I could pick up some old stuffs to give away. I will give to the young “Roms” couple who comes every Sunday checking our trash bins: an old scanner, a Wii Mini and even an old camera, some 3G hotspot, tons of electronic connectors. Maybe they can sell them or trade them.

Three times this week, crazy drivers almost got me into a car accident: a careless woman, an old man and a stupid dude with his phone. I might end up getting a real car accident soon with these crazy drivers in Paris.
