The doctor gave me a lotion to apply to my left foot to stop the foot inflamation locally but he also gave me a strong painkiller that would stop my discomfort. It was a very smart move because it annoyed me to think about it the last 3 weeks. Now that the pain is gone, I walk normally and I do not focus about it. I should have thought about it since the beginning. The radiography did not show anything regarging the bone therefore it must be some bruises at the skin/muscle level. In fact, I could do all my doctor examinations in one single day and also the radiography.
The dentist did an excellent job making the two concerned teeth look much nicer. She was happy I told her I was glad she did two teeth.
The full test blood has to be done while fasting (no food) for 12 hours so I wil do it on Wednesday morning.

dOCtorS WeEk!

I am taking advantage of this week off to take care of all my medical checkups:
1. Monday:
Dentist: regular cleaning + fixing some tiny holes
Doctor: General examination + Left foot analysis + Eye’s zit + Hepatitis exams.
2. Wednesday
A radiography of the left foot + blood tests
3. Thursday:
Car checkup 🙂 indeed my car needs to see the doctor too for its regular checkup.
4. Friday
Doctor: analysis of the results
Normally, all covered by my healt insurance and the french healthcare system. It will be costly I think!

The old black man has just arrived and he is in the apartment, number 38. It is a 1 room + 1 living room apartment. I saw him few days ago. Tonight at 20:40, I saw a face below my window trying to catch my attention. I opened my window and asked him what he wanted. He said that he was cold and he did not know how to turn the heater on. I came to his apartment and I checked what was wrong. In fact, his heater was locked in a “programming” mode and it was set at 16 degrees so the heater was set too low. I turned off the programming mode and raised the temperature to 21 degrees. I also purged all the heaters. It worked fine after.
He was very happy. I was glad I could help.

I’ve kept all my vacations for the end of the year.
Next week: vacations then I work again 1 week
Last week of November: vacations then I work again 2 weeks and half in December.
2 weeks and half of vacations!!
GREAT GREAT GREAT: In fact I only have 3 weeks and half of work till the end of the year!

It is coming and its intensity is strong. I got a problem at my left foot so I cannot run to release the depression. I will have to row and to bike.

My brother and I were 9 and 8 years old respectively when we arrived to Paris. We did not speak a single french word. What would happen if we had the same start as my sister and my cousins? We would probably be more integrated like they are. I am not sure that we would be better at school, it was a huge effort to learn a new language but we were still young enough to do so.
I did waste a lot of energy trying to break free from my vietnamese heritage. I traveled a lot and I ended learning another new language. Finally, I wrote this blog in English :). In fact, I only work and play games in English 90% of the time.

My mother asked what would happen if my brother dies regarding the apartment they bought together. I told her that it would be a “JACKPOT” financially speaking for them :). Indeed, the insurance would pay it all. I am not sure if the insurance would do it right away allowing them, for example, to sell it back, get the money and buy something else smaller and maybe get some benefits. I would have to look further on internet.
