I hooked my brother’s TV up to my sound system through the digital output (optical) and the sound is crystal clear and beautiful without any background noise. People bought really expensinve Boose all-in-one system but I am pretty sure that my Logitech Z506, 5.1 surround sound system (150 Watts Peak power), is up to the challenge (well, with much more cords). I did not afford a converter digital-analogue with my old TV befor but this time I bought a cheap one for 4.5 Euros and it is does a perfect job!

tHe “nO” wEeK!

It was so hot this week and I was not in a mood to be generous.
- A dude wanted help to back up his data to his new Iphone. He was picky with the RDV, I canceled it.
- A neighbor came and asked for 4 euros for her cigarets. I said NO.
- Same thing with another acquaintance who asked for 20 Euros. I said NO.
- I kicked a company out because it did not show up.
It was not a week to interact with me.

My cousin Alisson and her parents went on vacation in Vietnam and they were supposed to take their plane back today. Sadly, they were robbed on their last day and lost all their visas and other belongings. They are currently trying to have temporary paperworks to fly back home.

As predicted, I had a relapse. I am affected since this morning by BPPV: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Luckily, I’ve kept all the drugs prescribed few months ago and I know what to do to decrease the intensity of the vertigo (neck rotations). I am quite certain that the reason is due to a minor cold and a strong sneezing habit. It will probably last 2 or 3 weeks.

I went to the mall and I heard two funny comments from people:
A BLACK woman showing her friends her selfies and loudly commented them: “I am too BLACK on this photo, nobody can see anything!”
A woman, with her really FAT kid looking for food, was loudly telling her husband after a quick look at her kid: “I am sure it’s here, all the stuff with 0% fat”
I had to go away quickly, repressing a smile.

Finally, the rain has come. I hope more rain will pour in today because the grass dearly needs more rain. Everything is almost dead in the backyard.
