I bought again a whole pack of 12 boxes for .99 Euros/box (100 grams). I just love physallis. I easily ate 2-3 boxes per day.

After these intense running sessions, the next day is always tough: muscles stiffness and soreness are the usual outcomes. However, the mind is in perfect conditions, all negative feelings are gone. A lot of stretching, drinking, and magnesium always helped.

I ran in short today because the weather was sunny and hot, very unusual for a 31st December. I was quite fast despite a bad sleep.

In the end, we all received our Covid-19 boosters:
My parents: 3 Pfizers
Me: 2 Modernas + 1 Pfizer
My brother: 2 Pfizers + 1 Moderna

The score of one of my scale goes down if I am around 55.5 kgs, it is at its highest, 93, when I am around 57.5 kgs.

My physiological indicators were excellent at the moment, low stress level (28) and low resting heartbeat (50 bpm). I was tempted to drink on Xmas day and New Years’ Eve however the fresh memory from the last hangover discouraged me from doing so. Nobody wants to get hurt for no reason.
