There is a scientific explanation to why I enjoy smelly cheese as I get older. I used to dislike them when I was younger therefore my taste has changed. However, my brain is also playing tricks so that I enjoy them even though they stink. Indeed, the bad smell is overwhelmed by the delicious taste in our brain.

I decluttered my desk, every now and then, and I tried hard to keep everything to minimum. I did not dare selling everything because many of my gadgets are quite pricey and it would be costly to buy them again if I do not have them :).

mY lITTlE cOnTriBuTION!

I managed to link all my devices to a single power plug with a manual switch and I added on top of that an Amazon Smart Plug. Both will turn 90% of my gadgets off. It will be my little contribution to the 10% of energy saving.

As soon as I get the “Good” or “Excellent” Grade for my sleep score, I do feel much better physically and mentally. The tension in the back and at the neck are gone. My heart rate is immediately at its lowest.

On the news, it sounds like a mantra to get into people’s head: “French people need to reduce their energy consumption by 10% in 2 years or risk electricity cuts”. I was wondering if our household would be able to do so for practical reasons:
1. We never used the heaters.
2. We do not have AC.
3. We are quite good with water control, maybe but not my brother but that’s 1/4 people.
4. I guess I am the worst with all my gadgets but they are high-tech stuffs so they do not consume that much. I do turn them off nowadays during bedtime to avoid sleeping disturbances.

A bunch of idiots attending a wedding had the idea of doing some street racing (“rodeo sauvage”) on Saturday on the highway I used regularly to go shopping: A15. I learned from the news this morning that the entire troop received 8000 Euros as fines, it was funny since I saw them all being arrested by the police. I do not think that the mood at the wedding was fun after the police event, you could clearly see fear on all their faces.

I need to repair the printer heads (black) of these 2 printers I received for F-R-E-E. They have been rarely used hence the clogged printer head issue.
