Found this quirky little shop (Destock tout) that sells leftover stock from bankrupt stores. Not much I wanted—except sardines, heat patches, and fancy honey for a third of the price! 🙂

Regular stretching has almost completely gotten rid of my shoulder and neck tightness. Thankfully, it wasn’t serious, and I caught it early before it got worse.

Very satisfying to see these tiny new sprouts of Carolina Reaper chilies! I keep trimming the branches and leaves during the winter since they can easily grow wild.

I may have found the best way to optimize my Carolina Reaper sprouts: keep the sponges slightly raised and the humidity balanced—not too wet.

This yoga session was no joke — dynamic stretches that looked easy but worked muscles I didn’t even know existed! I was still sore from the series I did last Monday.

My main daily dish is a mix of various vegetable purées, to which I add whatever protein I can find on sale — sardines, salmon, other kinds of fish, Bolognese sauce, or brandade de morue.

Got caught in a surprise rain on my bike ride yesterday and have since developed mild symptoms, including a light cough and throat irritation. Staying warm and feeling fine — no impact on my daily activities and no major disturbances during my sleep.

Had a long, restful sleep, yet my Garmin Fenix 7 Pro gave a low score—likely a limitation in sleep phase detection. Ate less before bed, which seemed to help.
