A simple, healthy choice on days when I’m not burning many calories: I just return to fasting.

I used to avoid long walks, but on Christmas Day I had no choice. With my sciatic pain improving and deep yoga breathing, the walk became calm and enjoyable.

The simple glance at the S&P 500 chart gave me insights that would have gone over my head just a year ago. Funny how fast digital information starts to click—especially when money is involved.

No more sugary foods at dinner! I want that perfect average sleep score. I believe this is the last culprit.

Had a flu scare last night, but it was a false alarm. Glad it didn’t hit while I’m still recovering from sciatic pain. One problem at a time!

Nice, straight lines—great indicators of stability. I’m practicing meditation and deep breathing to lower my stress levels.
